Ingredients
4 large potatoes
thin slices of cheese
4 tsp butter, melted
salt an pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Using a sharp knife, carefully make a series of vertical cuts width wise 3/4 of the way through the potato. Place a handle of a spoon or table knife along-side the potato to prevent the knife from slicing all the way.
- Place sliced potatoes on an baking sheet slices up,stuff each cut with a slice of cheese then drizzle top with butter, salt and pepper.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes.
